Disposition: On the Court's own motion, the trial court's order sealing the records in the instant appeal is vacated in part and modified as follows: (1) The records in the instant appeal shall be unsealed. (2) The identities of the parties to the instant appeal shall not remain confidential. (3) The confidential settlement agreements governing the underlying PCB Litigation shall remain sealed, with the exception that this Court will publish any clauses contained therein that this Court finds relevant to the parties' disputes in these cases and that will not compromise any confidentiality previously asserted. (4) The parties to the underlying PCB Litigation shall remain confidential, and any client lists found in the record of the underlying PCB Litigation shall remain sealed.
