James Baker was convicted in the Circuit Court of Holmes County of petit larceny and sentenced to pay a fine of $150.00 and a $37.50 assessment fee. Aggrieved, he appeals arguing that 1) the court erred in the determining the value of the copper wire, and 2) that the chain of custody and authentication was not established. Finding no merit to the issues raised, we affirm.
