Christopher McFadden was convicted in the Monroe County Circuit Court of aggravated assault. For his offense, McFadden was sentenced to a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and ordered to pay court costs in the amount of $188. Aggrieved by his conviction, McFadden appeals to this Court on the following grounds:
