Anderson was indicted, tried, and convicted of murder in the Hinds County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to serve a term of life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, sentence to run consecutive to his sentence in cause number 95-1-5. Anderson appeals his conviction, presenting the following issues:
