Cathy Sherman and Denice Granger, dependants of the late George H. Sherman, III, appeal the denial of workers' compensation benefits, raising the following issues as error:
I. THE MISSISSIPPI WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSION AND THE CIRCUIT COURT OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, ERRED IN ALLOWING INTO EVIDENCE THE AUTOPSY REPORT REGARDING GEORGE H. SHERMAN, III, DECEASED.
II. THE MISSISSIPPI WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSION AND THE CIRCUIT COURT OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, ERRED IN ADMITTING IN EVIDENCE THE PORTIONS OF KENNETH R. BENNETT'S DEPOSITION WHICH PORTIONS WERE BASED UPON THE INADMISSIBLE AUTOPSY REPORT.
